Will you be here at the exact time I require?
No, we work in 2 to 3 hour windows. You are able to choose from morning, afternoon, or late afternoon hours (as well as before hours and after hours). We cannot be at your home for your dog walking services at a specific hour due to the nature of our job. There are always unforeseen events such as potty messes, traffic, weather, parking, scheduling, and so much more. We need a couple of hours of flexibility to accommodate everyone daily.
Do you have a cancellation policy
If the cancellation is done with 2 hours in advance there will be no charge. If the cancellation is done without the 2 hour advance notice then there will be a charge of the service requested.
Do you have experience with rare or exotic pets?
At the moment our experience is with pets such as: dogs, cats, birds and gerbils etc., but we are willing to take instructions for your specific pet and implement them to accomplish their daily needs.
How many dogs can you walk at once?
We will always try to do one one one walks but our max is 2-3 dogs at a time.
Will you go into my apartment?
Yes, we do need to step into your apartment to pick up your dog or to provide them with our pet sitting or sleepover services which take place inside the owner's home. Our employees are all professionals with background checks, we are insured and bonded and you can rest assured that your home and belongings will be safe.
Are CRB checked?
Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) check is an essential step before any potential applicants become part of the Wiggle Walks team. We are able to show you certificates of every employee.
Are you licensed, insured and bonded?
Any professional dog walking service should be fully insured and bonded and you can trust that we are.We are proud members of the most acclimated dog walking insurance/bond out there called Pet Sitters Associates. All employees are also bonded as added protection for you and your home.

Do you walk my dog by itself?
We try to do one on one walking as much as possible, but if we need to group dogs together for walks they are grouped in similar weight groups. Small dogs are grouped together and the same goes for bigger dog breeds. For example, if your dog weighs 30 pounds, his companion on our dog walks should be around the same weight and vice versa.
My dog needs to be dropped off at daycare. Will you take them?
Yes! We offer a pet taxi service. This transportation service are for drop-off and pick-up. This can include day care, or dropping off at your pet to a relative's house and much more. Please inquire about milage fees.
